Feathered Dinosaurs and the Origin of Flight

Feathered Dinosaurs and the Origin of Flight opening March 1 - September 28. This exhibition, never before seen in Arizona, gives the public a rare opportunity to see firsthand a collection of fossils considered a National Treasure by the People’s Republic of China. These fossils have given research scientists a new understanding of how birds are related to dinosaurs. Event Description: Cool off from the heat by visiting our Ice Age animals, cool your heels in our territorial jail and hear the cool roars of our dinosaurs. Special admission is $3 for under 18 years and $5 for everyone else, except members are free. After your Night at the Museum, visit Downtown Mesa for Friday Night Out--food, fun and festivities.

The first tour is at 10am and the

second is at 12:00.

This is on a walk-in basis so you do not need an appointment. If you are planning to come with a large group then please just give us a call beforehand to let us know so we can be prepared to accomodate you. If Saturday's are not good for you then just give us a call or email us and we can set you up with a reservation.

We do tours by appointment on Tuesdays-Fridays. Muffin, our jersey cow, says to try the milk bar...its MOOOO-velous!

Oz, East Valley Childrens Theater

June 19th through June 29th, 2008 –

This new version of the classic tale of Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz is not to be missed. Dorothy does land in Munchkin land, meets the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion on her way to Oz! Her adventures lead her to meet some new characters along the way in her pursuit to return home. There is no place like home is still the message of this timeless story and a great way to spend time with the family.

I am not sure how long it will last but it is definitely worth hauling the kids there for a fun evening out.

Table Manners offers a refreshing look at artwork and objects created from an imaginative range of materials, and celebrates decades of artists transforming the family table and kitchen devices into objects of beauty, whimsy and wit. The messages of the materials, and their very familiarity, add layers of content and the delight of recognition.

I have been to this museum several times. My five your old is a dinosaur lover. He absolutely loves this museum. I think he thinks it was made for him. This museum brings out the dinosaur lover in us all.

Preschool Playdates Family Bounce Night Specials
Every TUESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY for ages 7 and under, we will host Preschool Playdates, from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.

The sessions include music, a small snack, and, of course, play time on our giant inflatable toys.
They will be supervised by our experienced staff.

Pricing:
Admission is $8.95 per child per session.
Siblings cost only $7.95.

Parents and non-walking infants are free. Please note that children must be able to walk to play on the equipment.

Parents are welcome to join in the fun, or they can choose to relax and chat with others in our party rooms. We do ask that parents stay on the premises however.
